London Beauty Queen boosts Confidence with Eyebrow Treatment
Hayley Carr, aka, award winning blogger, London Beauty Queen, recently visited our No.1 Harley Street, London clinic, to have a permanent eyebrow treatment with Karen Betts.
Feeling self conscious about her brows, and having explored all kinds of make-up tricks and treats to fill in her sparse eyebrows over the years, Hayley felt ready to officially banish her brow woes and opt for a more viable and ‘permanent’ fix.
We all have our own body hang ups, which others sometimes view as trivial and ‘something you just have to live with’. But, as Hayley so rightly pointed out in her recent blog feature, Don’t Settle for Being Self-Conscious; Getting Semi-Permanent Brows with Karen Betts, in which she reviewed her eyebrow treatment with Karen, “you don’t have to settle for what your mamma gave you.”
With this motto in mind, Hayley ventured to our London clinic, just before Christmas with the hopes of walking away with the perfect set of brows, and we’re pleased to say she wasn’t disappointed. Having had a lengthy and painful eyebrow treatment elsewhere a couple of years ago, she was pleased to learn this was not necessarily the ‘norm’ when it comes to permanent make-up treatments, well least not at Karen Betts Professional. Hayley said; “Although the first round was a little uncomfortable, once the anesthetic kicked in I could barely feel a thing – so much so that I almost fell asleep for the remainder of the treatment.”
Totally thrilled with her new sleek and defined brows after a swift 60 minutes in the capable hands of Karen, Hayley’s eyebrow insecurities are now a thing of the past. Hayley said; “the ease of semi-permanent brows makes the mild discomfort and expense totally worth it.” We think it’s safe to say that Hayley loves her new eyebrows, and can finally say ‘goodbye’ to her once trusted eyebrow pencil.
Karen said; “It was such a pleasure to meet Hayley and perform an eyebrow treatment. Hearing how much this treatment has improved her confidence, is really heart touching. It just goes to show, despite popular misconceptions about people having treatments for vanity reasons, for the majority it means so much more and really does have a positive impact on their lives.”
