Temporary Karen Betts Professional clinic closures: our latest statement on how COVID-19 may affect your appointment
The coronavirus pandemic is impacting every person and business around the world. My team and I are working hard to ensure that our clients and ourselves are kept safe at this uncertain time.
As a responsible business owner, I have been in the process of contacting my clients in order to reschedule their treatments. I would like to formally announce that my clinics are temporarily closed and will continue to be so until I am informed that it is safe to re-open.
Why it’s essential to temporarily close
This decision is due to the recent UK government advice on social distancing which we should all be practising. The nature of my treatments makes it impossible to keep the recommended 6ft distance between myself and clients. I pride myself on being the gold standard for permanent makeup and microblading treatments in the industry – it’s my responsibility to act within the interest of my clients.
If you have an appointment booked within any of my clinics across Cheshire, London or Yorkshire during the timescale listed above, and you have not heard from us, please be assured that my clinics team will be in touch with you shortly.
We are offering the option to transfer your deposit to a new date so we can carry out your treatment once it is safe to do so.
How to contact us
While our office teams are now working remotely where possible, our website, social platforms and customer care will continue to be available, so you can still speak to us at any time if you have questions or concerns. You can reach us by calling 01977 655 107, or clicking here to be directed to our contact form. If you’d prefer to Live Chat to us, click on the icon at the bottom right of your screen to be connected to a Client Services team member.
Right now, community is more important than ever, and we encourage you to use our platforms to share your support and advice.
We are of course keeping our eye on what is an ever-changing situation and will continue to follow advice from the UK government. We are feeling more grateful than ever to have the continued support of our amazing customers, and we are sending our love and support wherever you are in these unprecedented times.
